Cynical Girl was a dream. Ever since we sold Obsession back in 1995 there has been a hole in my heart. Not like the loss of a person or beloved furry companion but a void none the less.
She is becoming a reality very quickly. I know she is becoming real because keeping her dream alive is starting to cost me REAL money. LOL. Years of looking online at yachting sites and dreaming about what might be has finally produced a result.
A bid has been offered, a check has been sent, and the survey started a few days ago.

That's a pretty picture. I know it should be nicer in the water, but I'd kinda like to see it right there!
ReplyDeleteShe will probably be in the yard up the hill from the travel lift when we get there. They can only put her in the water on high tide. The tides range about 10 feet or so this time of year in Maine.
